• You will need the OOIDA customer number. (Note, this will be referred to as the “Ship to” number by the TCi call center).  Call the OOIDA membership department at 800-444-5791 to receive this.
• You will need the catalog (mspn) number of the tire which can be found @ www.michelintruck.com for commercial tires and retreads or www.michelin.com for all other tires.

To order from TCi Tire Centers:

• OOIDA MEMBER MUST GIVE THE DEALER:
• The OOIDA customer number/ "Ship to" number.
• Their valid credit card.
• Their member name.
• Their OOIDA member number.
• Any email or fax number.

• OOIDA Members can obtain an invoice at the time of purchase at any TCi Tire Centers.  OOIDA Member Tire Pricing is loaded under account #167483.  This eliminates the guess work on how much you are paying for products and services by not having to wait for an invoice.  The invoice is given to the OOIDA Member at the time of purchase!
