Program Details:

Peterbilt offers OOIDA the opportunity to bring Peterbilt quality and performance to its members.  Members are invited to come into any Peterbilt dealership and make their best deal on a new Model 389, Model 388, or Model 386, each including a factory installed 63" or 70" sleeper, or aModel 387 with a factory installed sleeper from an authorized Peterbilt dealer to take advantage of these great incentives:

• Members receive a $1,000 CASH rebate (directly to the customer from Peterbilt).
• $500 CASH rebate (from PACCAR Parts directly to the customer) with the purchase of $1,000 or more of the MIRREX brand chrome in conjunction with the purchase of a new qualifying Peterbilt truck.
• Limited to 3 rebates per member for calendar year 2009.
• To be eligible, OOIDA members must be in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking retail delivery.
• For the $1,000 Peterbilt Incentive and chrome rebate, OOIDA members must take retail delivery between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.  Retail delivery is defined as the time the ownership of the truck is transferred from the Peterbilt dealer to the customer.

This offer comes directly from Peterbilt Motors Company and is not a dealer rebate.  So, make your best deal and get $1,000 cash back; plus you can earn a rebate on your MIRREX chrome and stainless steel accessories.

Other Requirements:

• Fax or send a copy of the Peterbilt Motors Company Warranty Agreement, bill of sale for the truck, and Dealer Business System generated parts invoice (no handwritten invoices) for MIRREX products to OOIDA Membership Department, (816) 229-0518.  The invoice for MIRREX products, provided by your dealership, should clearly show the payment method and should be marked “PAID”. 
• Rebate for MIRREX chrome or stainless steel parts or accessories are only available in conjunction with the qualifying purchase of a new truck.
• Separate checks will be issued by Peterbilt and PACCAR Parts for truck rebate and MIRREX rebate, if eligible.
• Allow 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of form for check to process.
• This program is limited to three new trucks per OOIDA member for calendar year 2009.
• This program may not be combined with any other rebate offers from Peterbilt.

Request for customer rebate incentives must be received by OOIDA within 30 days of taking retail delivery.
