   UCR 2010 UPDATES 2010 UCRA Fees Still Not Set Due to the elimination of trailing equipment from the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement (UCRA) fee calculation, new fees must be set for 2010.  The Board of Directors of the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement met January 12, 2010, in San Diego. During the meeting, FMCSA announced that publication of the 2010 fees will not be determined until later this year. Please keep checking back here for any updates or decisions on the UCR 2010 registration.
