OOIDA Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan

The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association provides a $1,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan to each current dues-paying member at no cost.  You also have the option to purchase up to $400,000 additional coverage for yourself as well as coverage for your family at low monthly rates.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 -  From the chart below, choose the Additional Amount of coverage you wish to apply for.
(Note: You cannot be insured as an individual and also as a dependent.)
