Cash Rebates – Negotiate your best price and then present a rebate coupon before signing the retail sales order and you’ll receive either a $250, $500 or $1000 rebate check depending upon the sales price of the truck purchased.

Standardized Reconditioning Process – A standardized reconditioning process for national account customers ensures that used equipment is delivered DOT ready and ready to produce revenue for 30 to 45 days before the first payment comes due.

30 Day Ready Truck Warranty – Every front line ready 1999 and newer truck (under 750,000 miles) sold to an OOIDA member is automatically covered by Arrow’s 30 Day Ready Truck Warranty on the engine, transmission and rear ends at no additional charge. OOIDA Members will receive a $500 discount off the retail price of any NTP/Arrow 6 Month/50,000 Mile, 1 Year/100,000 Mile or 2 Year/200,000 Mile aftermarket warranty.

Arrow Action Service – Every truck we sell to an OOIDA member is automatically enrolled in Arrow Action Service, a 24/7 Breakdown Service that can arrange for towing and repairs at pre-approved vendors with guaranteed labor rates as well as load forwarding, equipment rental, and payment services.
