Program Details:

Peterbilt offers OOIDA the opportunity to bring Peterbilt quality and performance to its members. Members are invited to come into any Peterbilt dealership and make their best deal on a new Model 389, Model 388 or Model 386 each including with a factory installed 63" or 70" sleeper, or Model 387 with factory installed sleeper from an authorized Peterbilt dealer to take advantage of these great incentives:

• Members receive a $1,500 CASH rebate (directly to the customer from Peterbilt)
  

• Limited to 3 rebates per member for calendar year 2008
  

• $500 CASH rebate (from PACCAR Parts directly to the customer) with the purchase of $1,000 or more of the Mirrex brand chrome in conjunction with purchase of qualifying new Peterbilt truck. (Limited to one rebate for calendar 2008.)

• OOIDA members must be in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking retail delivery to be eligible

• For the $1,500 Peterbilt Incentive and chrome rebate, OOIDA members must take retail delivery between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.  Retail delivery is defined as the time the ownership of the truck is transferred from the Peterbilt dealer to the customer

Other Requirements:

• For Peterbilt Rebate, call OOIDA Membership Department with Chassis number, delivery date, year, make and model of truck and size of sleeper.
• For Mirrex Chrome Rebate, fax or send a copy of the bill of sale, Peterbilt Motors Company Warranty and Parts invoice with the parts number on the invoice to OOIDA Membership department. Fax:816-229-0518
• OOIDA member name and address should be the same as customer name and address on the Peterbilt warranty agreement.
• Separate checks will be issued by Peterbilt and PACCAR Parts for truck rebate and Mirrex rebate, if eligible.
• Allow 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of form for check to process.
• This program is limited to three new trucks per OOIDA member per year.
• This program may not be combined with any other rebate offers from Peterbilt.
• Request for customer rebate incentives must be received by OOIDA within 30 days of taking retail delivery.
