NTP Premium and Premium Plus Programs Sheet

PROGRAM

• Annual Emergency Roadside Assistance breakdown service programs for OOIDA Members and Non-Members.
• NTP Premium and Premium Plus plans are annual programs and will run for twelve (12) months.
• Programs will consist of two levels of service along with two levels of pricing.
• Membership fee must be paid with a credit card before services are rendered.
• Membership is based on credit card authorization and approval.
• Program Launch Date: March 1, 2008
• Programs provide Emergency roadside assistance when the truck is not operating properly or complete operation failure has occurred.
• Summary list of qualifying repairs include:
  1. Breakdown
  2. Vehicle Making an Abnormal Noise
  3. Power-train Problem
  4. Towing Service (as determined by NTP analysts)
  5. Major Repairs
• Minor repairs and regular routine maintenance will not qualify under these programs. i.e. windshield wipers replacement, tires, oil, air, and water leaks, oil change, filter change, etc.

NTP Premium Package

• NTP Premium Package Price = $69.00 annually for OOIDA Members
• NTP Premium Package Price = $99.00 annually for non-members
• Program runs on an annual basis (12 month plans).
• Sign up prior to breakdown; surcharge will not apply.
• Sign up during a breakdown; $40.00 surcharge applies.
• All payments must be made with a credit card before services are rendered.

• Services for this level include recommendations and contact information for qualified repair facilities as well as tow truck company contact information if necessary.
  • NTP provides the phone numbers; driver makes all of the calls.

NTP Premium Plus Package

• NTP Premium Plus Package Price = $99.00 annually for OOIDA Members
• NTP Premium Plus Package Price = $199.00 annually for non-members
• Program runs on an annual basis (12 month plan).
• Sign up prior to breakdown; surcharge will not apply.
• Sign up during a breakdown; $50.00 surcharge applies.
• All payments must be made with a credit card before services are rendered.

• Services for this level include recommendations and contact information regarding qualified repair facility. NTP will provide driver with qualified repair facilities names and phone numbers. Once the driver receives the estimate, NTP will review the estimated costs with the driver to provide the best possible repairs and price to minimize downtime. NTP will also provide tow truck company information if necessary.
  • Driver contacts NTP; NTP provides information for local repair facilities.
  • Once the estimate is received, NTP will discuss a repair plan with the driver so that the driver can negotiate the best possible price with the repair facility. The goal is to provide little or no downtime and provide a cost savings regarding the necessary repairs under the NTP managed care repair.

• Sign up and pay the annual membership fee at time of a breakdown will result in a surcharge.

Terms and Conditions:
The NTP Premium and Premium Plus roadside assistance program packages represent single pricing only. Package price is based on one (1) truck; one (1) NTP roadside assistance annual membership fee. NTP will issue one (1) NTP roadside assistance membership card with the members ID #. Membership is based on credit card authorization and approval. Members can upgrade their NTP roadside assistance program package after one (1) year of participation. The NTP Claims Department (analyst) basically has the authority to determine what is classified as a major or minor repair and / or failure; and what should be covered under this plan. NTP Analyst will not be held liable for repairs determination and / or decisions at any time. The NTP Inc. Premium and Premium Plus Programs provide referral services only. NTP will provide the best possible service; however, NTP cannot guarantee individual repair service prices. Individual dealer repair costs may vary and may not always represent the lowest fair market value. Member is responsible for all repair charges and must pay the repairing facility directly.
