Can my spouse attend? 

Yes, as your designated representative or she/he can accompany the member  but must pay for food expense.

Can I get my money back if I can’t attend?

Your spot is held for you because you have paid for it and if you cancel 5 days prior to attending the money is refundable. (After that time if we can fill the spot the money is refundable)

Can I just come for one or two days?

At this time there is no one or two day sessions for a discounted price but of course if something comes up you can attend for any number of days.

Are there hotels in the area?

There are a variety of hotels in the area and we will send you a list of those or you can click here for a list with phone numbers and addresses.

Is there parking for my truck?

There is parking at some of the hotels and the information sent will list those hotels and OOIDA has parking for trucks in the back of the lot.  We can shuttle you to the office from one of the local motels if you let us know in advance.

What materials will I receive?

At the end of the seminar you will receive a wealth of materials covering all aspects covered.  

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code but dress to be comfortable

Are there computers available?

A limited number of computers will be available for use on breaks, before class and after class.

Will there be breaks during the day?

There will be periodic breaks during the day
