Allegations
Violation of Truth-in-Leasing regulations by overcharging for tires and by failing to pay owner-operators the percentage of revenue required by their lease agreement. The owner-operators relationship with Allied is unique in that they lease their equipment to Allied, but they are employees for purposes of their driving services. The owner-operators are also subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
