4/11/03-Starting in August, Colorado truck companies
that carry oversize and overweight loads can get a fleet permit
instead of getting permits for each truck.
SB54, which was signed into law by the governor March 18, allows the state’s DOT to issue the fleet permits. In addition, the state no longer will require each vehicle to carry a permit – as long as the permits can be verified electronically.
