4/4/03-If you drive any rural paved roads in North Dakota, you now can drive 65 mph since Gov. John Hoeven signed HB1046 in late March.
The bill removes the 55-mph nighttime speed limit on the state's two-lane highways where the daytime limit is 65 mph.
