7/21/03-The Senate is reviewing a bill that would restrict idling under certain conditions. S883, sponsored by Sen. Carl Marcellino, R- Syosset, would provide an exception for reefers, when the temperature is below 25 degrees F, or when the vehicle is being used for agricultural purposes on a farm.
