2/12/04-A bill that would have restricted how far trucks carrying aggregate materials could travel from roadway access is dead.
SB675, sponsored by Sen. Tom Torlakson, D-Antioch, carried over from the 2003 session but did not meet the Feb. 2 deadline for passing its house of origin.
