9/14/04-If re-elected in November, Rep. Tim Brown, R-Crawfordsville, said he plans to introduce a bill that would target angered drivers.
Officials estimate that aggressive drivers caused nearly 7,000 crashes last year on Indiana roads. But the state doesn’t have a road-rage law.
Brown’s proposal would define road rage and set criminal penalties for it.
The road-rage bill would also allow judges to order aggressive drivers into counseling.
