10/15/04-Gov. Robert Ehrlich Jr. signed legislation – SB508 – this spring providing for the repayment of $315 million to the Transportation Trust Fund beginning in 2006.
It also requires the Maryland Department of Transportation to obtain legislative approval for any new toll projects.
