3/10/04-A bill that would require drivers in Mississippi to flip on their headlights when weather limits visibility has died.
The bill, sponsored by Rep. Roger Ishee, R-Gulfport, failed to pass out of the House Transportation Committee prior to the deadline for House and Senate committees to report out bills and constitutional amendments originating in their chambers.
