6/22/04-The House Transportation Committee killed a bill early this year that would have required motorists in New Hampshire to use their headlights during inclement weather.
HB1167, sponsored by Rep. John Balcom, R-Merrimack, would have required the use of headlights whenever rain, snow, fog or other atmospheric conditions require the use of windshield wipers.
