6/23/04-A bill that would have required drivers in Washington to flip on their headlights when their windshield wipers are in use has died.
SB6151, sponsored by Sen. Ken Jacobsen, D-Seattle, remained in the Senate Highways and Transportation Committee at the deadline for bills to pass their originating chamber.
