7/25/05-A bill that required the Alabama Department of Transportation to set the toll fee for tolls on private roads and bridges has died.
Under current state rules, tolls are not regulated.
HB467, sponsored by Rep. H. Mac Gipson Jr., R-Prattville, remained in the House State Government Committee when the session ended, effectively killing it for the year.
