2/16/05-A bill to modify the definition of a commercial motor vehicle to exempt a vehicle hauling materials that may be considered a crop under state law or a product of that crop has died.
HB458, sponsored by Rep. Rick Maedje, R-Fortine, provided that a CDL not be required to haul those materials.
The House Transportation Committee tabled the bill Feb. 10.
