10/19/05-A bill in the House Judiciary Committee would make it illegal to aim a laser lighting device “with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm” another person.
HB1364, sponsored by Rep. Carmella Santoni, D-Temple, would make it a third-degree misdemeanor to point a laser at a person operating a motor vehicle, vessel or aircraft.
