2/25/05-The House Transportation Committee voted unanimously Jan. 25 to table a bill that sought to bar commercial trucks and tractor-trailer combinations from high-occupancy vehicle lanes, or HOV lanes.
HB1528, sponsored by Delegate Jeffrey Frederick, R-Woodbridge, called for violators to be fined $50.
