4/19/05-A bill that would have expanded lemon law coverage to trucks weighing up to 19,000 pounds has died.
H4, sponsored by Rep. John Rodgers, D-Glover, remained in the House Transportation Committee at the deadline for bills to move forward, effectively killing it for the year.
Current state law applies to trucks up to 12,000 pounds.
