Ernie Fletcher signed a bill – HB278 – March 30 requiring motor-less vehicles, except bicycles, to have in operation a four-way flasher system, with two flashing yellow lights visible from the front of the vehicle and two flashing red lights visible from the rear of the vehicle, between sunset and sunrise.
