5/23/06-A bill draft in the House Rules Committee would waive the state’s 21-cent-per-gallon gas tax this summer – from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The diesel fuel tax would remain intact.
HD5214 was introduced by House Minority Leader Bradley Jones Jr., R-North Reading.
