1/8/07-A bill has died that would have required the Michigan Secretary of State to certify the driver safety courses called for under another legislative effort - HB5661 - that has been signed into law.
HB5663 remained in the Senate Transportation Committee when the session ended, effectively killing it. The House previously approved it.
