Sponsored by Sen. Ron Jelinek, R-Three Oaks, SB1076 remained in the House Agriculture Committee when the session ended, effectively killing it for the year. The Senate previously approved it.
The bill would have upped to 50 percent of the costs to convert an existing fuel delivery system, not to exceed $2,000 per facility; and up to 50 percent of the new construction costs to create a fuel delivery system, not to exceed $20,000 per facility.
