6/22/06-A bill has died that would have banned any truck with a trailer more than 48 feet in length from State Route 41 and 41A located between State Route 20 and State Route 281 in the counties of Onondaga or Cortland, absent a local law to the contrary.
Sponsored by Assemblyman William Barclay, R-Pulaski, A3871 remained in the Assembly Transportation Committee when the session ended, effectively killing it for the year.
