7/5/06-A bill that would have limited the prohibition to drivers with instruction permits and provisional licenses that limit the hours they can drive without adult supervision has died.
Sponsored by Sen. William Walaska, D-Warwick, S2180 remained in the House Health, Education and Welfare Committee when the session ended, effectively killing it for the year. The Senate previously approved it.
