5/9/06-A bill sought to pay for work on Interstates 73 and 95 with tolls has died.
H4338, sponsored by Rep. Alan Clemmons, R-Myrtle Beach, remained in the House Ways and Means Committee May 1, the deadline to advance to the full Senate.
The amount of tolls and number of toll booths would have been determined by the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
