10/10/06-A bill that would have revised the formulas used to allocate primary and secondary highway construction funds has died.
Sponsored by Delegate Scott Lingamfelter, R-Woodbridge, HB5028 remained in the House Transportation Committee at the deadline to advance from the chamber to the Senate.
The bill would have distributed funds on the basis of population.
