3/21/06-A bill has died that would have established a renewable fuel standard for biodiesel fuel to meet 2 percent of the state’s diesel fuel demand.
HB2664 remained in the House Technology, Energy and Communications Committee at the deadline to advance from the House to the Senate, effectively killing the bill.

2/3/06-Rep. Janea Holmquist, R-Moses Lake, has sponsored a bill that would establish a renewable fuel standard for biodiesel fuel to meet 2 percent of the state’s diesel fuel demand.
HB2664 also provides a definition of biodiesel fuel.
It is in the House Technology, Energy and Communications Committee.
