3/22/06-A bill – HB4110 – has died that would have required the West Virginia Parkways, Economic Development and Tourism Authority to hold public hearings in all turnpike counties before raising tolls.
However, another bill – SB557 – that has been sent to the governor includes a provision that would require public hearings.
