3/22/07-A bill has died that would have prohibited any trucks longer than 30 feet in length to travel along the Merritt Parkway.
Sponsored by Rep. John Ryan, D-Oakdale, HB5428 remained in the Joint Committee on Transportation at the March 19 deadline to advance, effectively killing it for the year.
