7/17/07-Gov. Kathleen Sebelius signed a bill into law that increases the maximum gross vehicle weight limit and axle weight limit for large trucks equipped with idle reduction technology. The new law, previously SB8, authorizes affected trucks to weigh up to an additional 400 pounds.
