2/5/07-Assemblyman Lou Manzo, D-Jersey City, has introduced a bill that would prohibit the New Jersey Turnpike Authority from turning over "comprehensive or overall operation or management of a highway project" to private developers. It also would require surplus revenues from the Turnpike Authority to be directed to the Transportation Trust Fund.
