3/23/07-A bill now in the Assembly Transportation and Public Works Committee is intended to make it more difficult for foreign groups to take over operation of infrastructure in the state such as the New Jersey Turnpike.
Sponsored by Assemblymen Francis Bodine, R-Mt. Laurel, and Larry Chatzidakis, R-Mt. Laurel, A3952 would require a public vote on asset sales worth more than $100 million.
