6/7/07-A bill has died that sought to establish four ports of entry in the state.
Sponsored by Assembly Majority Leader John Oceguera, D-Las Vegas, AB374 remained in the Assembly Ways and Means Committee at the close of the session that ended June 5.
The bill would have required the state Department of Transportation to build ports of entry along Interstate 15 in southern Nevada and Interstate 80 in northern Nevada.
