8/2/07-Rep. Paul Wesselhoft, R-Moore, has proposed legislation for consideration during the session that begins in February 2008 that would require a mandatory fine of $1,000 and 20 days in jail if cell phone use is determined to be a factor in a wreck. Other penalties could apply.
