2/13/07-A bill has died that sought to require the state to do away with daylight-saving time.
Sen. Stan Cooper, R-Kemmerer, SF24 remained in committee at the deadline to advance to the chamber floor, effectively killing it for the year.
The bill would have exempted Wyoming from the practice and mandate observance of standard time year-round.
