4/18/08-A bill died that sought to give the state Legislature final say on any proposed deal to build the Knik Arm Bridge.
Sponsored by Rep. Les Gara, D-Anchorage, HB365 would have mandated a 60-day public review of any bridge-building agreement.
The Senate version – SB268 – met the same fate.
