4/18/08-A bill died that sought to give the state Legislature final say on any proposed deal to build the Knik Arm Bridge.
Sponsored by Sen. Johnny Ellis, D-Anchorage, SB268 would have mandated a 60-day public review of any bridge-building agreement.
The House version – HB365 – met the same fate.
