5/5/08-A bill has died – SB1470 – that sought to prohibit the photo-enforcement system on state roads.

3/6/08-The Senate Transportation Committee approved a bill that would prohibit photo-radar enforcement throughout the state.
Sponsored by Sen. Ron Gould, R-Lake Havasu City, the committee’s chairman, SB1470 is awaiting further consideration in the Senate.
