House Resolution 303 outlines a proposed discount rate that would begin at $3.10 per axle for commercial vehicles. The rate would increase 10 cents annually through 2014.
The current rate for commercial users is $3.50 per axle. The rate is scheduled to increase to $6 per axle by 2014.
