2/22/08-A bill has died that would have placed additional limits on some speed enforcement.
Sponsored by Rep. Bobby Moak, D-Bogue Chitto, HB88 remained in the House Transportation Committee at the deadline to advance to the House floor, effectively killing it for the year.
The bill would have prohibited the use of radar on state and federal highways within 1,000 feet or where the posted limit is reduced by 10 mph or more.
