12/31/08-A bill has died in a committee that was intended to take garbage trucks off local roads.
Sponsored by Assemblyman William Barclay, R-Pulaski, A9395 would have allowed the New York State Department of Transportation to establish routes for trucks carrying hazardous materials.
A nearly identical Senate bill – S6461 – also died.
