4/18/08-A bill has died that sought to prohibit teens under age 18 with a regular driver’s license from driving between midnight and 6 a.m. unless accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian.
Sponsored by Rep. Chip Huggins, R-Lexington, H4360 missed a deadline to advance, effectively killing it for the year.

1/8/08-Rep. Chip Huggins, R-Lexington, has filed a bill for consideration during the upcoming regular session that would prohibit teens under age 18 with a regular driver’s license from driving between midnight and 6 a.m. unless accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian.
H4360 has been referred to the House Committee on Education and Public Works.
