3/28/08-Gov. Tim Kaine has signed a bill into law that requires the General Assembly to authorize putting tolls on Interstate 81.
The new law, previously HB1516, takes effect July 1, 2008.

3/3/08-The state’s House voted 93-5 to sign off on Senate changes to a bill that would require the General Assembly to authorize putting tolls on Interstate 81.
Sponsored by Delegate Todd Gilbert, R-Woodstock, HB1516 now moves to Gov. Tim Kaine’s desk.
