2/22/08-A bill has died that would have included as part of the punishment for a third or subsequent violation of driving without a license occurring within 10 years of a prior offense to serve at least 10 days in jail.
Sponsored by Delegate Thomas Rust, R-Herndon, HB447 remained in the House Courts of Justice Committee at the deadline to advance to the House floor, effectively killing it for the year.
