8/12/09-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed into law a bill to provide independent fueling stations additional funding options to install enhanced vapor recovery systems.
Previously AB96, the new law provides $8 million in grants and loans to assist in meeting regulations adopted by the California Air Resources Board.
